Candy issues Amour Temple warning - Horse Racing - AOL Sport:
"Exciting young sprinter Amour Propre is among 12 final declarations for the betfred.com Temple Stakes at Haydock on Saturday.
However, trainer Henry Candy warns he will not run the three-year-old in the Group Two contest if the ground is soft.
He said: 'It's not ideal, but I think we shall to have a look and see what happens over the next couple of days. It will have to be a last-minute decision. He's very well - he's not done much since Newmarket - and he keeps himself fit.'"
