I was delighted to get an early winner yesterday,with Pasco obliging in the first at Newbury, I am getting to dislike Saturday racing more and more, traditionally known to be a good day for the bookies so I was pleased to shut up the office early. That said Denman was beautiful to watch but unlike Harry Findlay I don’t have the bank to stake 4K to win 1K – a return many businesses could never even dream of.
