THUMBS-UP AT CATTERICK | Sporting Life
Today's meeting at Catterick has prevailed following an 8am inspection.
Although the North Yorkshire venue had been suffering with frost, conditions improved markedly overnight.
Clerk of the course Fiona Needham said: "There were a few pockets (of frost) this morning but we are fine for racing.
"Temperatures only began to rise at around 11pm last night, but we have had a bit of rain and that has helped our cause."
The going is currently good to soft, soft in places.
