Third inspection called for Huntingdon card - Horse Racing News | Racing Post
THURSDAY'S meeting at Huntingdon is now subject to a 11.30am inspection.
Temperatures remained above freezing on Wednesday night, but the track is covered with a light layer of snow, which officials hoped would be cleared by 10am, the scheduled time for the second inspection after an initial check at 8am.
However, with some cloud cover about, they have decided to call another inspection.
Course official Shaun Reilly said: "The sun's out, but there's just a bit of cloud cover. We're still very positive [about racing] though."
