"Today's best bets, by Ron Cox
Two horses who have been in good form over hurdles catch the eye on their return to the Flat today. At Haydock, Moonwalking (8.10) can step up on his fifth in an apprentices' handicap at Doncaster in March. Since then he has won twice over hurdles, and the step up to 1m6f should be in his favour.

Toshi (5.05) ran poorly in that same Doncaster race, but has done well over jumps since then, moving up to a rating of 125. From a mark of 57, Jim Goldie's gelding should be competitive in the nine-furlong handicap at Hamilton.

At Goodwood, Flapper (3.35) could be well treated on her handicap debut. She shaped nicely when fourth in a race over the course and distance that is working out well and Ryan Moore is booked"
