THE chance to be made a millionaire - and perhaps a double millionaire - will be presented by the Scoop6 next Saturday after the collective brains chasing a £1.5 million pot of gold failed on Saturday to do so despite having more than half the Hennessy Gold Cup running for them.

Professional punter Harry Findlay, who held two of the eight triumphant tickets from a week ago, and the six remaining win fund victors collaborated in a bid to boost their prospects of finding the winner of the Hennessy, the race selected by the Tote as the gateway to the £1,529,525.

However, the newly formed Scoop6 'syndicate' failed to find 25-1 shot Madison Du Berlais and, as a result, around £2m will be up for grabs the next time the bonus fund can be played for on Saturday week."

So the syndicates will be hurting big style, if they continue to chase their losses next week their should be a healthy win fund and of course the bonus pool the next week.
