Channel 4 Racing Epsom Friday

Was hoping to see Tanya's Titbits but no joy..

Channel 4 Sport: "Sariska 4.05 Epsom

Sariska can provide Michael Bell with his second Classic in Friday's Investec Oaks at Epsom.

Bell proved he could mix it with the big boys when he masterminded the career of Motivator to land the Derby in 2005 and this year he has the perfect candidate to win the fillies' equivalent.

Sariska has always carried a tall home reputation before her. Indeed, Bell has made no secret of the regard in which he holds the Pivotal filly and repeatedly claims her to be the apple of his eye.

Well-touted before a Newmarket maiden last November she had no trouble inseeing off 16 rivals.

Bell faced a tricky decision at the start of the season whether to train her for the Guineas or the Oaks but after she finished only fourth in the Fred Darling that was made for him - even though it was an eye-catching run all the same.

Stepped up to 10 furlongs for the first time, we saw her true worth as she left some smart fillies trailing in her wake in the Musidora, winning by nearly four lengths.

Despite Pivotal never having sired a Group One winner over 12 furlongs, Sariska looks ready made for another step up in trip.

Of her rivals, Rainbow View has to convince that she has fully trained-on, the form of Midday's Lingfield Trial win is questionable and while Sir Michael Stoute's Phillipina is respected, no maiden has won the race since Sun Princess in 1983.

Aidan O'Brien's Perfect Truth could be the main danger.Sariska 4.05 Epsom
